I just completed a bank transaction and the confirmation number was 6.


For my side hustle handyman business I started in the fall, I got a checking account early on, but only got a credit card in the last month. So it's time to pay the first credit card bill. I go to my bank account and setup the CC company as a payee and schedule my first payment.

If anything, I'm used to abnormally long confirmation numbers for things, as if a company really expects to conduct hundreds of trillions of transactions.

But no, not this time. All I got was a 6.
